Can you tell I love this color combo. For this pillow cover, I took some of the narrowest scraps and cut them 1" wide. They were varying lengths, and I assembled them randomly into one very long strip. Then I joined them, à la
jelly roll race, until the over all length was manageable. Then I sliced three 18" lengths, trued them up and added sashing. I used a bit of the left over for the back of the pillow.
I still have some more scraps left from the Dead Simple Quilt, but I think I'll switch gears for the other pillow covers I want to make.
Here's the back, it probably could us a bit of pressing.
It's drizzling right now, so the lighting isn't the best, but you get the idea.
