I've been doing a bit of "crafty" sewing, lately. With Bob home and getting better, I've had a little extra time. He still had a long way to go to reach his "normal", but every day is better. We're spending a lot of time on the road, going to various specialists. It's all a huge time-suck.
Back to sewing. I made these fabric baskets, based on Ayumi's great tutorial, using up some of the scraps from the Dead Simple Quilt, that's at the long arm quilter, right now. I don't expect it back until after the 1st of the year!
I even did a patchwork lining. The scrap pile really never seems to go down, but I keep trying. Next, I'm going to be making some pillow covers for the living room. I haven't changed my pillows in over 10 years! About time, don't you think. What are you working on, this week?
May your bobbins always be full,
