For the back of this quilt, I divided the 12 fabrics that were used in the City View quilt top into two groups, those that were "more" yellow, and those that were "more" orange. I made four HSTs of each fabric and joined them into two zig zag rows, for the focus of the quilt back.
Now, we just have to wait for the long-arm quilter to work her magic, so I can get the binding on this beauty and get it in the mail.
May your bobbins always be full,
This is lovely - beautiful colours and the back is perfect :)
ReplyDeleteAnother quilt back that could easily be a quilt by itself, it's beautiful and perfect for that quilt. Great work!
ReplyDeleteI like the quilt back. Looking forward to seeing the finished quilt!
