Here are my seven random things.
- I've been sewing for nearly 60 years, but quilting for just under 3 years.
- Language doesn't bother me. I'm a bookseller and if a customer ask if a novel has acceptable language, I'm at a loss. It's just words.
- I managed a garage for a few years. I worked for 15 years in the automotive after-market.
- My first retail job was a manager at Victoria's Secret. I've worked in retail for over 20 years.
- Bob and I met because we were both active in Scouting in our teens. We've been married nearly 48 years.
- I'm an animal lover. I love all kinds of animals, but I'm extremely allergic to cats and have to avoid them. Such a shame.
- I'm always shocked when someone thinks I'm nice.

I think it is funny that you are shocked by the complement; the only reason I think it surprises you is think of you as a person free to speak her mind, is that correct? Gee, you haven't run any one off, Jan. I think you are a nice gal, too, so there! lol thank you ~
