Scrappy Charms Hugs and Kisses

When I sorted my drawer of scraps I found lots of charms squares left over from various projects.  To those leftovers I added a pack of charms with dots that I got from a Polka Dot Charm Swap, a while ago.  I ended  up with 115 charms.  I used 110 of them to make this quilt top.  None of the fabric is a solid, but a couple read like they are.

While I was cutting the 2.5" squares for the corners, also from scraps, I was really wishing I had a "quilters intern".  Wouldn't it be great to have an intern to cut 220 2.5" squares and draw the diagonal line needed for this pattern?

Since no intern materialized, I settled for drawing my lines 4 or 5 at a time, to save some time.  Now I need to figure out the quilt back.  The quilt top measures 44" x 49".
May your bobbins always be full,
