Valentine wall-hanging

I was inspired by Jacquelyn's (Tallgrass Prairie Studio) tutorial.  My block turned out larger, I guess I sew a very scant quarter inch!  I was a little disappointed with my background fabric, I should have used a bright white, but I was concentrating on scraps.

I added a couple of very free-form embroidery hearts, I think they help.  I'm linking up to Fabric Tuesday at Quilt Story.
